We venture to meet our goals by ensuring cooperative efforts between all workplace parties; by ensuring compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and local laws; by training, educating and instructing our Team Members and; by challenging ourselves to continuously improve our safety practices and work procedures.

We are forward thinking in our approach to safety and wellness, and unique in having a full time Safety Officer dedicated to training staff, developing and enforcing safe work protocols, spearheading safety initiatives and maintaining our Prime and CORE certification status. The results have been a winning health, safety and wellness program that has resulted in far fewer on-the-job and lost time injuries than the industry average.
