Valued clients of our paving services include contractors of multi-million dollar road construction or repair projects and local quarry customers. Cutting edge technology allows us to supply the highest quality product to end users at competitive prices.
We produce, supply and place hot mix asphalt and aggregates to a wide range of markets in both the public and private sectors.
We proudly operate three asphalt plants; a batch plant at Hughes Brook Quarry in Western Newfoundland and two high-production, state-of-the-art, mobile asphalt plants including an Astec-400 tonne per hour and a Gencor 300 tonne per hour. Subject to the requirements of the project, HVP ensures the placement of either granular sub materials or hot mix asphalt with attention to quality, accuracy and promptness.
