Crushing
HVAA has three crushing spreads which are equipped with all the recommended support systems. Consistent attention to offering flexibility to clients in an industry where no two projects are alike has ensured that we can configure set-ups to run a single unit which produces one material or the configuration can be multi unit which produces a variety of materials simultaneously. Total production of aggregates has tripled in the past few years with the company having produced 1.2 million tonnes in 2009. The existing fleet has potential to produce 2 million tonnes per year.
This flexibility allows us to tackle any size crushing job and to complete it on time and within budget.
- Our large spread is the largest mobile crushing unit that can be transported over Canadian highways. It enables HVP to undertake projects of any magnitude ranging from road construction to the largest heavy civil projects requiring high levels of specification.
- Our second spread was completely redesigned and refurbished in 2009. It has a computerized, intelligent crusher control system which ensures it is performing optimally. Product quality is consistently high with minimal downtime.
- Our small spread is extremely versatile. It uses a very small footprint; its portability and quick set-up saves time and transportation costs. It can produce all layers of screened stone and even plant mix.
