1.0 Introduction
This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) was adopted and approved by the Board of Directors of Humber Valley Paving Ltd. (HVP), and Humber Valley Aggregates and Asphalt Ltd. (HVAA), on April 6th, 2011. The Code reflects HVP’s and HVAA’s commitment to ethical business practices and good corporate citizenship.
